Dog LicenseAll dogs over five months old are required to be licensed in the Town of Lodi, Columbia County each year per Town of Lodi Ordinances and Wisconsin State Statutes. All dogs are required to be vaccinated against rabies within 30 days of reaching 4 months of age, and future protection be kept current. Three Required Items: 1) proof of vaccination that you get from your veterinarian, 2) a completed and signed Dog License Application Form, and 3) the required fee per dog paid in full. Late Fee: A $10 late fee per dog, is assessed if license renewed after April 1, 2020. Mailing Instructions: To get a dog license by mail, please include the three required items as listed above as well as a self-addressed & stamped envelope to return the license, tag(s) and receipt to you. Notice to Owners Who Rent: If you own rental property, it is the landowner's responsibility to make sure that their renters are notified of the dog license requirement. Please provide a copy of the Dog License Application Form to any of your renters who own dogs or else direct them to the Town Hall or this site.
